Guided Muscle Relaxation
Before attending your next HIPS session, watch this week’s video below (Helpful Thoughts for Recovery). Make sure to continue practicing Deep Breathing and/or Muscle Relaxation at least 5 minutes per day with your home exercise program. Also, use your HIPS manual to keep track of weekly assignments and your overall progress.
